RESERVATION GUARANTEE: A rent deposit equivalent to one-night’s lodging plus occupancy tax is due and collected at the time of the booking for stays of less than one week. For stays of longer than one week 50% of the lodging plus occupancy tax (when applicable) will be collected at the time of booking but shall not exceed 50% of one month. If you must cancel, your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, is refundable if we are notified at least thirty(30) days in advance (45 days for holidays, groups and special events). In the event of a cancellation thirty(30) days or less before the arrival date, regardless of the reason, the guest expressly authorizes the owner/manager to charge the balance due to the guest’s credit card, less any nights that the owner/manager is able to re-book. Unless authorized by the owner/manager, a failure to check-in during the standard check-in period (3-8 p.m.) signifies a “no show” and relieves the owner/manager of the responsibility of holding The Corner Lodge for any remaining additional nights. |

CLEANING FEE: There will be a departure cleaning fee between $95.00-$275.00 depending on the length of stay. Please inquire. |

MINIMUM STAYS & DISCOUNTS: Weekends (Friday & Saturday nights) have a two-night minimum stay requirement but a one-night stay may be booked if there’s a “hole” to fill. One night bookings are seasonal, based on availability and approved by the owner. The Corner Lodge may be booked for a one-night stay with a 50% rent rate surcharge and the standard cleaning fee (rates are based on two night bookings). For a one night booking, please inquire by contacting the owner. All week nights at The Corner Lodge are discounted 10% off of the weekend rates. Week nights at The Corner Lodge, of two-nights or longer stays, earn a 10% discount. Seven-night or longer stays receive discounted weekly pricing and 30-day or longer stays receive discounted monthly pricing. |

CHECK-IN/OUT: Check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.; late arrivals are only accepted with prior approval. When occupancy is high we cannot guarantee that accommodations will be ready by 3:00 p.m., although we make every effort toward that goal. Check out time is by 11 a.m. |

PETS: Sorry, but pets are not allowed. We love animals, but prior pet damage has caused us to change our policy. |

OCCUPANCY/CHILDREN: Pricing is based on double occupancy. Occupancy of more than two guests adds from $15 per guest per night. If a child uses a bed they count as an occupant; toddlers and infants in port-a-cribs are not included as fee-based occupants. Occupancy is established at the time of the booking and the number of beds used will be an indicator of occupancy. The owner/manager must be notified in advance about any change in the number of guests, which might require separate accommodations or an extra fee. The Corner Lodge has an occupancy maximum of 9 guests in the summer and 8 in the winter. It is important that The Corner Lodge not be overloaded as it is on a septic system that will not be able to handle more than the maximum occupancy. |

NO SMOKING: Smoking is only allowed on decks or patios and not inside The Corner Lodge. |

FIREWOOD: The Corner Lodge does not include firewood in the rental rate. However, please inquire about our low cost of firewood or referrals. |

ACCESS: Access to The Corner Lodge cannot be guaranteed because of significant weather events, such as snow or ice. |

POLICY ENFORCEMENT: Violating a policy can be grounds for immediate eviction, forfeiture of lodging fees and liability for damages. |

LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest agrees to sign a liability waiver prior to check in. |
