Suitability

• No Pets Allowed: We love animals, especially dogs! However, due to the differing ideas of what a well behaved dog truly is, we find it necessary to "not allow pets" anymore :( Sorry that this had to ruin it for everyone. Cats not allowed due to some returning guests and their allergic reaction to cat hair. Thanks for your understanding :)
• Kid Friendly: The play structure in the fenced yard is a kids dream come true (not to mention the parents) and a great relief to most parents :)
• Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be 25 years and up...this is our family home and we do not rent to fraternities, sororities or any type of party groups. Guest screening is done with all inquiries.
• Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking allowed outside only! Please use care and proper disposal of cigarette butts.Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
